All our pieces are made-to-order specifically for you. This "on-demand" approach helps us reduce waste and stay sustainable. Because of this, your delivery time is divided into two parts: Fulfillment (Making the item) and Shipping (Transit).

1. Fulfillment (Making the item)

*It takes 1–6 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

*You will receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves the facility.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (Sending the item)

These are estimates, not guarantees. They are calculated in business days, exclude fulfillment time, and may vary due to local holidays or carrier delays.

*A flat shipping rate is applied at checkout, regardless of order size or destination.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our community shopping "de Mérida pal' mundo," please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are determined by your local government and are not included in our pricing. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Important Notes

*Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. If a package can't be delivered due to incorrect information, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

*Lost Packages: If your tracking stops updating or your package is significantly delayed, please contact info@mucuyalta.com. We will do our best to work with the carrier to find it or send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

*Delays: During high-demand periods (like Christmas or new drops), fulfillment may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience!
