Our Policy on Made-to-Order Items

At Mucuy Alta, every item is printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because we don't hold inventory, we encourage you to check our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (The "Make it Right" Guarantee)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item/size, we’ve got you covered.

(1)Contact us at info@mucuyalta.com within 14 days of delivery.

(2)Attach a clear photo of the issue.

(3)We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

Returns for Change of Mind / Incorrect Size

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage (e.g., you ordered the wrong size), we offer a 14-day return window.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Process: Please contact info@mucuyalta.com for the correct return address (do not send it back to the address on the package without confirming first).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
